Stunning river views are afforded from almost every part of this lovely house which looks directly onto the Bushman’s River. The house is ideally situated on the river with excellent bird watching opportunities from both the First Floor and Ground Floor Sundecks. The beautiful beaches at Kenton-on-Sea and Bushman’s River Mouth are a mere 5 minutes drive away, and the house is within 400 metres walking distance to the popular floating restaurant ‘The Sandbar’ on the river.

Food Shops, Bank, Restaurants, Chemist, Doctors, Post Office, Garage, Tourist Office and all amenities are available at Kenton-on-Sea, 5 minutes drive away. There are many private Game Reserves within easy reach in this malaria-free part of the country and some can be reached by use of the Bushman’s River or the Kariega River. Addo Elephant Park is 80 minutes drive away, Port Alfred is 15 minutes away, Grahamstown is 40 minutes away and airports at both Port Elizabeth and East London are equally 90 minutes drive away. Golf courses at Royal Port Alfred and Fish River Sun are close by.

The house has five bedrooms, can sleep up to 8 people and is therefore ideally suitable for a large family group, or two small families. The shared open-plan Lounge, Diner and Kitchen is on the First Floor, along with three bedrooms, one double (queen-sized bed) and two singles. The ground floor is self-contained with two bedrooms, one double (queen-sized bed) and one twin, and a shared shower room with toilet and sink.

There is a pretty garden to the front of the house and a small lawned garden to the rear with lemon, lime and Paw Paw trees.
